The village is a place for relaxing while harmonizing with nature. It aims to respect nature and minimize environmental impacts on the site.

The curved linear volumes follow the existing contour line in order to reduce soil interruption and be blended with landscape. The dissolved volumes create the gardens in between the buildings. The gardens are connected by public paths and surrounded by private terraces where various local flora flourish. We envisioned shaded outdoor terraces to create comfort and relaxation while enjoying the beautiful hilltop view, the horizontal gesture of the roof maximizes openness, so breeze and nature flows through.

The floated volumes maintain the continuity of landscape and protect it from flooding. The building structure made of ingenious wood which is natural, durable, sustainable building materials that incorporate seamlessly into the existing landscape. It is a calm, relaxing and unbothered space for meditation.

The main entrance is at south-east of the site where parking lot and reception building are located, while the country club suites are located west part of the site. The circular path connects the buildings and suites and passes through the gardens.

Country Club has 20 units with 4 flexible types which can be rented as a suite, a simple room, or all together. The 6m width module provides panoramic views. The restaurant is adjacent to public space such as wellness+pool and multi-purpose/conference room in order to share space and operate efficiently. The 24m long indoor pool directly next to the outdoor pool.

The goal of planning is to create a symbiotic multitude of functions, combining public/private and indoor/outdoor activities in a single hybrid entity. Restaurant, wellness, rooms and apartments, exhibition spaces, outdoor terraces.
