Seongbeom Mo

Seong is an architect and assistant professor of Kookmin University in Seoul. He is the co-founder of MoKim and a recipient of ArchDaily’s Best Young Practice Award in 2020. Prior to MoKim, he was an architect at Diller Scofidio + Renfro in New York where he worked on Zaryadye Park in Moscow, Hudson Yards in New York, and University of Chicago’s Rubenstein Forum. Seong holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kookmin University in Seoul and Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a registered architect in the state of New York and also serves as a public architect for the city of Seoul.
