Canopy Tables and Chairs

We propose an outdoor gathering space in the streets of the Magok district, an area densely lined with commercial facilities such as offices and shops. The linear structure—6 meters wide and 50 meters long—is open on three sides, ensuring easy and natural access from the sidewalk for pedestrians.

A smooth-edged canopy made of reflective metal blends with its surroundings while simultaneously drawing attention, creating a boundary-less space that invites people in. Within the structure, various configurations of tables and chairs offer flexible areas for rest, conversation, and community gatherings, enriching the public life of the neighborhood.
